WELCOME

We are a friendly Bowls Club situated to the West of Woking, focussed on promoting enjoyment of the game for all our members. We offer the opportunity to play both recreational and competitive bowls in top quality facilities.  

 

The outdoor bowls season runs from April to September each year. We don't yet have a firm opening date for 2026, but 2026 will be our centenary year and we will be holding lots of special events to celebrate the club's 100th birthday.​​

For beginners we offer free coaching and regular friendly matches against other clubs.  For experienced bowlers we play in men's, ladies' and mixed leagues; our members can enter club, area, county and national competitions.

When you visit us, you’ll see why people in the area love to play bowls at Knaphill.

​

Between October and March we play short-mat bowls in the club house on Monday evenings and on Friday afternoons; we also play in a number of local short-mat leagues.
