WELCOME

We are a friendly Bowls Club situated to the West of Woking, focussed on promoting enjoyment of the game for all our members. We offer the opportunity to play both recreational and competitive bowls in top quality facilities.  

 

The outdoor bowls season runs from April to September each year. For 2025, the club's opening  day drive takes place on Saturday 19th April. We will also be running a number of open days for new members from 3rd-9th May where club coaches will be on hand to help.  We will supply all the equipment, all we ask is that you wear flat-soled shoes or trainers.

For beginners we offer free coaching and regular friendly matches against other clubs.  For experienced bowlers we play in men's, ladies' and mixed leagues; our members can enter club, area, county and national competitions.

When you visit us, you’ll see why people in the area love to play bowls at Knaphill.

​

Between October and March we play short-mat bowls in the club house on Monday evenings and on Friday afternoons; we also play in a number of local short-mat leagues.
